In-Flight Yoga Practice is a class specifically designed for use on an airplane. Flying can cause not just temporary physical aches and pains, but also lasting mental stress and tension. These exercises will allow you to open up your body and relax your mind within the confines of an airplane seat, but without disturbing fellow passengers.

Yoga For Insomnia Is a class designed to deliver you into deep relaxation in preparation for a restful sleep. It is often difficult to release the mind from its many tasks that are necessary to carry us through life successfully. But, as much as it is important for the mind to be sharp and attentive to the myriad of responsibilities and challenges we face, separation from these events is imperative for us to have the opportunity to recharge during sleep. We must learn to separate from this condition of mind to find centeredness and rejuvenation. This is the aim of our practice. All that is necessary for success is your presence and participation. The practice will do the rest.
This practice can be used in a variety of ways but it is recommended that you do the entire practice for some period of time to become familiar with its parts before trying to alter its format. You can use Part 1, 2, and 3 together as it comes, or part 1 and 3 together for a shorter version with less physical movement, and you may even find that part three may be sufficient to provide you the necessary relaxation to find deep restful sleep. Feel free to find a combination of practice that serves the condition you find present at the time of practice. Be where you are.

Abundance Awareness - This meditation has been created from the essence of the teachings of Sri Vidya, an ancient tantric tradition. Sri Vidya, literally translates as “the most beautiful science”. In this meditation our aim is to separate from all distraction and align our pranic forces into a collected or unified field. Through this alignment as in any organization we find strength and freedom delivering us into a sense of power. It is only when we allow ourselves to be internally divided from the unlimited source that resides within us all, that the pressure of life such as anxiety, fear, and the unhealthy effects of stress take their toll. Just as the magnifying glass can concentrate the energy of the sun we focus and align the forces of nature within us. The successful alignment of these energies can reward us with the greatest gifts of life that is our right to experience.
It is important to understand that meditation like any practice is most effective when done regularly. Please feel free to enjoy this practice any time of day or evening. If possible pick a time that can be visited regularly perhaps in the early morning or before bed. But do give yourself the opportunity to experience the benefits of regular practice.
