Tracee Stanley E-RYT was introduced to the practice of yoga in 1995 as a way to relieve stress from her busy life as a film executive. She soon realized that there was more to the practice than just the physical postures and was inspired to share the authentic practice of yoga when she met her current teacher Yogarupa Rod Stryker in 2001. She has been studying and teaching in his Para Yoga style ever since. Founding Divine Motion Yoga, which was voted the best yoga studio in Los Angeles by Citysearch in 2002 and 2004 allowed her to deepen her knowledge of sequencing classes for all levels of yoga students in a compassionate, safe and effective way. She endeavors to guide her students to discover that place deep within themselves that is beyond suffering and pain, were they can experience their own true nature and enjoy a life full of joy and fearlessness.
